Royal Liverpool Broadgreen University Hospital Trust

Royal Liverpool Broadgreen University Hospital Trust (RLBUHT) run three hospitals on two sites: the Royal Liverpool University Hospital, Liverpool University Dental Hospital and Broadgreen Hospital. RLBUHT are building a new hospital for Liverpool, which is on the same site as the current Royal Hospital. RLBUHT provide many medical services for many illnesses and also run an accident and emergency service at the Royal Liverpool University hospital.

Amazon Web Services

When Agidea began working with RLBUHT the RLBUHT web application was hosted by a specialist NHS hosting provider in a traditional datacenter. By migrating the hosting of the application into Amazon Web Service we are able to respond to changing hosting requirements in a more timely manner, and enable the Trust to minimise its expenditure.

Agile Maintenance and Service Level Agreement

Agidea also maintain a Service Level Agreement with RLBUHT to maintain the site and enhance the application with new features. This agreement is delivered using the Kanban project delivery framework, in conjunction with industry leading tools such as Atlassian Jira / Service Desk.
